A Miser's Take on Punjabi Food..

It was another one of those snap gatherings, when a few of us ended up in Ludhiana's Station, Bangsar, for Punjabi food.

Right from the outset, we knew we were in dire straights. So, we ended up thinking of ways to minimise our spending here, and maximise it in the nearby mamak.

Yes. Cold water (free) by the bucketloads

Kohilan spouting wisdom

Below RM20? Why not?

Still below RM20? Sure!

When the food came, we knew that it definitely wouldn't be enough. After all, we had Kohilan AND Han Yang present. Supper was inevitable.

The Mutton was tasty..

..and so was the chicken..

Spread out on the table, it actually looks like theres a lot..

Han Yang and Joshua poured sugar into their cold water before drinking.
I still don't know why.

We actually split the last piece of chicken into 5, so that we all could partake of it. I'm sure the waiters were staring at us when we started shouting about the portions being too small, and how we were being conned.

Still, the food was good. Looks like we'll be there again in the future. (with, hopefully, less complaining)
